Brad is a native of Galax, where he currently resides with his wife Martha. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Radford University.
Brad worked in the finance industry for 3 years prior to beginning his real estate career. He worked with Yonce Real Estate & Appraisal Services in Hillsville for 5 years as a licensed real estate appraiser and sales agent before opening his own brokerage in 2005. Brad is a Virginia Certified Residential Appraiser, member of the National Association of Realtors, and an Accredited Buyer's Representative.

Tom is a life-long resident of the Fairview community of Galax. He graduated from National Business College with an Associate in Arts Degree in business administration. While at National, he met his wife Pat. They were married in 1968 and are blessed with 2 children, Brad and Carrie. Tom worked as an auditor with the Virginia Department of Taxation for over 35 years before joining, his son, Brad, at Cole Realty & Appraisals. He is a licensed real estate appraiser, a licensed real estate agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
